Savio was the star of the evening! We dined last night Sunday 3rd Aug, me, my 2 sons and my wife on the round table behind the bar in the corner. We had the buttermilk chicken, salmon and meatballs.
What an amazing evening, great food and great service. Very nice restaurant and well looked after. Every team member cared and was passionate and nothing was too much trouble. Great menu and we will be back!

Great find, walked in looking for a simple meal and walked out impressed with the quality of the food.
Ingredients were fresh and flavorful, all dishes were properly balanced to avoid something being too salty, too sweet, too heavy, everything was just right.
Staff was efficient, polite and allowed us to eat our meal with interruptions.
Place is lovely, very clean and well illuminated. You have a full view of the kitchen where you can see the chef at work.
I would definitely recommend this place, and I'd come back on my next visit.

Excellent in every way! The appetizer and both our entrees were superb. Which honestly surprised us. Normally hotel restaurants are so so but this one was outstanding!

Carluccio?s near Heathrow was a fantastic find, especially in an area that doesn?t offer many decent dining options. We arrived just as the kitchen was about to close, but the staff welcomed us warmly without hesitation. What really stood out was that there were no restrictions on the menu?even at closing time?which is something I truly appreciated.
The service was excellent: friendly, accommodating, and genuinely thoughtful.

The staff is good, but the food is terrible, no quality, the quantity is beyond comment, the salads are still prepared for animals.It's not worth the price, it's very expensive but there's no reason to.
