The worst company to look after my family member who is disabled. Refused transport when it?s in her care plan. The company incompetent. Would not advise anyone to use this company.

I find the carer from this company fantastic. Mohammed is caring for my friend and is kind, very professional and patient. He had to call an ambulance one day and informed me immediately as I am next of kin. Wonderful young man who does a great job ??

There's 1 Carer that I don't like because she offended me and made me feel very bad. She frustrated me!! She gives me looks that I don't like! She's so offensive!! I don't want her in my house ! I don't have to tolerate her!

Only gave one star as I couldn't give a zero. This company is awful, they do not provide any semblance of care and believe that by doing someones laundry it negates the need to provide personal care. They make more mess than they clean up and when a complaint was raised they 'investigated' and said that there was nothing of concern despite being sent pictures as evidence. Avoid like the plague unless you want to make more work for yourself because they do absolutely nothing useful.

care outlook are discusting they dont send a carer often but they still take your money i only put one star to send but zero stars would have been more sutable dont use these people they take your money for doing nothing you would be better to go with someone els who doesnt keep takingnothing
