Card factory uxbridge , in here just now and once again Cathy sorted me out with my helium balloons, as not sure what to get, good advice, caring and patient and knowing wots in stock..I always get excellent customer service in here. Good customer service gard to find but you will find it in here ! Thanx Cathy once again. X

Cheap prices. Massive range. Very good for pre blown balloons as well.
It can get a bit congested here, so choose an off peak time!

I went in today and brought a number 4 balloon for my daughters birthday which burst whilst being blown up. I was given a 2nd one which burst around 30 minuites later. Cathy, who works in the store was so understanding and helpful it was a breath of fresh air to experience such good customer service in a time when it is something rare.
I hope my review really gives Cathy the reward she deserves. A great example of an employee. I rarely leave reviews but Cathy really deserved one.

Great Big shop, unfortunately with very little staff! However that doesn't take away from my 5 star review. As the staff were amazing running around and helping me and my friends. Special mention to Nicole she is a star, 5 stars even, went above and beyond to find me what I needed when I thought it had sold out.

The card factory store in Uxbridge is the best of all. the staff is really friendly and helpful. Especially Mrs. Nalini, she is very sweet and always available to help customers. All the stars for Nalini??
