Coffee ok but loyalty program socks. If you get a student discount you no longer earn a stamp. This is disgusting.

Generally good. People serving are polite.
Always dirty though! They?re not very good at cleaning tables down, cleaning away etc.
Other than that, it?s looking very tired and would benefit from a bit of TLC

Usually my go to place when I come Uxbridge for a coffee. Nice cosy atmosphere and good coffee but I was disappointed at the cleanliness of the place. Most tables were sticky and had crumbs all over, a simple but regular table cleanse would be a great improvement.

I opted for collection at 9:00 am and they made us wait till 9:15. I mean there is reason we order from app in advance, so that we dont have to wait.I understand that the store can be busy in the mornings, but Rude staff , didnt know what he was doing, trying to keep it cool, but did not even apologize for the delay. Waiting can be frustrating for people who need to go to the office in morning. I liked the coffee, but dont think would visit or EVER order it online. Really dissapointed with the service. 19/12/2024

Lovely staff always friendly the whole team. Very busy and hectic yet the staff do their best to keep place tidy and still smile. My elderly dad and I come daily.
