This is what happens at Boots. With all due respect to the pharmacist and the pharmacy staff, I would like to express my deepest disappointment with the lack of knowledge, trustworthiness and professionalism. Regrettably this approach is what being easily tolerated or underestimated by a healthcare company named Boots, which cares about everything but healthcare!

Ok pharmacy. Don?t always have medication in stock so have to go elsewhere, they also don?t release the prescription so it?s a right faff

Requested a prescription from doctors around 6am expecting it in a day or two. Boots text my about midday to say it was ready to collect and helped me out with other queries. Can't fault the service at all
