This boots should be shut down and not the one in Greenford Broadway..... This is the worst service you will ever get and should not be in charge of peoples medication they lie all the time they don't deliver on the date or even a day or so after the date when they are meant to . They will totally blank the calls . I've even been in side the shop calling them and watched them completely blank the calls . These people who work there are messing around with peoples medication / lives .and this is not acceptable.RE OPEN GREENFORD BROADWAY BOOTS AND SHUT THIS ONE DOWN !!!!

The pharmacy never picks up the phone! I have been calling on different days on numerous occasions with no luck. When I go there I can see the phone is ringing but they put it on low volume and completely ignore. It's a shame as the pharmacy itself is very nice.

The worst boots ever. Everything is a mess, especially the price tags, be very careful. Wanted to buy one perfume which was 50% off on the price tag, at the till it didn't show any discount so I asked the lady to double check it, as it was very clear on the price tag. she and her supervisor took ages and then told me that they are not sure why this perfume had this price tag, that it's probably just a mix up or different perfume which they don't have. Situation looked VERY unprofessional. Okay, I though I'll just buy the razors which I picked up earlier and once again- they had pretty good discount on the price tag and no discount at the till.. so 100% of my basked items had wrong price tags, I wonder if they had anything right in this shop. I ended up leaving empty handed, what a waste of time

Free blood pressure test, I thought it was a great idea by reading was nearly 200 meaning I should be on the floor, clearly the BP monitor cannot be accurate, best to avoid Boots.

Left standing for 15 mins trying to buy meds from behind counter. 5 people in queue nearby staff just ignore you. When a lady asked a nearby staff member who was stocking shelves right next to us we were told we had to join the pharmacy queue which was also long and means we have to wait even longer.This is not the only Boots store that this happens in.Oboviously Boots don't value our custom. I now make a point of using smaller pharmacy or go to Superdrug when possible.

Store management is appalling... Self checkout is terribly understaffed and they don't have any idea of how to process some types of items. There's what seems to be a security guard/store manager speaking loudly on the phone in Urdu or Punjabi whilst walking through the shop floor. This store will probably be shut soon due to poor customer experience and not the current financial climate.

This is a bad customer service boots store. October 2nd?2pm?I was treated with disgusting service in this store?the Staff in the payment machine area?the lady she is like an untrained staff?she doesn't know anything?and she always tries to restrict me from buying products?she is so rude?Then came a man who claimed to be the store manager?I was questioned like a criminal. The management of this store is too chaotic?different staff will limit your different purchases?and I was teased like a fool.

Never ever go Greenford optician ?they trying to make you fool ..my son choose free one glasses and when everything is ready they charge me £24 ?I asked them why you charge me then said fame price label is wrong..I said I don?t want to pay them said ok choose another one so again 1hour wait ..they r try to convince you to pay more and more if you say no then their behaviour change?never go to boots ?specsavers is best ?

Worst customer service ever.I had a beauty appointment and on my arrival I asked one of the staff about it and she said "the person who is meeting you is not there anymore".They didn't notify me about this, i wasted my morning to get there for nothing.The staff was rude and started making me feel that it was my fault.I wouldn't recommend this place for appointments.

Worse customer service I?ve had in a long time. Wish I didn?t have to go back. I will definitely limit my shopping trips there.

I find the staff rather unfriendly here which is a shame. Lack of till (minimal self checkouts & 1 checkout that could have a staff member, I dread to think what Christmas will be like there.

11/07/23 the security man is so unprofessional. I was with my two daughters and my husband.We felt persecuted for him, all the time, he came to ?speak with our daughters? that we finde it strange, this was only to come closer to us and see what we do. I had my doubts if I buy doble the offer, because I really need 3 packs but with the offer I need 4 ? was ridiculous when we went out, I get stressed for the situation and him in our back all the time, to finish my Rimmel beep at the door? because the makeup have alarm on it , and the man still on our back, we stopped to let him check ?When I have been serious, because the situation was to much, we show him the recipe, what he doesn?t know how to look on it and he need the girl assistance help. In the end he let us go and with a very rude gesture he chase away us like flies, take in consideration that the parents sometimes can be stressed but this doesn?t mean that we are thief?s ?I hope this message has the repercussion as a complaint for him.

Went in today and really wanted to walk back out! The whole store in a mess, the security guard with his phone on talking in his language loud not paying attention to anything, the employees on the front tills were rude and unhelpful especially the young Asian boy, through out the store items on the floor, items out of stock, it was a horrible experience here.
