Working for Bluebird Care gives you the opportunity to feel good about making a difference and everyday is different. To see a smile on each service users face, every morning makes it all worthwhile and they are great service users and appreciate all that we do.I can confidently state that my experience with Bluebird Care has been great. The moment I joined the firm I knew I had found a fantastic workplace, The interview was conversational and friendly, making me feel immediately at ease. Furthermore, obtaining a job offer within few hours after the interview indicated the company's speed and dedication to its employees.The management team is genuinely exceptional?. They are extremely friendly,professional, helpful, and understanding. I have always felt valued and appreciated in my work due to their support and also the teammates are extremely helpful and friendly, resulting in a positive work environment.One feature that distinguishes this organisation is its regard for individual availability. They are flexible with shifts, and an ahead schedule so you are aware of your off days and can plan.Bluebird care is an excellent firm that prioritises employee well-being and creates a collaborative environment. The staff training system is really adaptable, and I feel fortunate to be a part of such a fantastic team.

It?s been a very good experience with bluebird . The professionalism , reliability and caring nature of all staff members are very impressive. They are being very patient and supportive with me during my whole time especially in such strange circumstances. . I have learned many new things from them. I really appreciate the teamwork . I've worked with Bluebird for a few months now, it has been exceptionally impactful on my career. Management is so supportive, they always make sure I'm safe and comfortable with my work. They are always one call away to assist me when I need assistance. The customers are all so lovely and kind , I always look forward to go to work every morning,I can honestly say that I love my job , I love Bluebird and it's customers , it's definitely good company.

Well what can I say Bluebird are truly amazing. The service has provided upmost care that I have received not only from the carers but up through to management. As I have mental health the office have sorted out only the carers I prefer and never questioned my choices but only tried their best to accommodate to my health needs and preferences. The carers are super amazing Natalie, yvett and Rita they have never come round to me in an awkward mood. They have all been very bubly but also very caring when I was having a rough day. Tracey, manager and Michelle supervisor are so lovely they have tried their level best with me as I can get quit moody. And Karen has always changed my calls around last minute to accommodate my preferences. I truly thank you for giving me a life worth living thank you

I have been using Bluebird services in Hillingdon for 5 months on an adhoc basis to provide care for my mother's who has dementia and is disabled.Carers Rajvinder & Isha have been attentive and their fluency in Punjabi has helped mother to feel safe & understood. Thank you so much.
