A lot of friendly and helpful staff around in this store should you need help with anything. They carry a really good range of scents and have testers for most of them.

Just had a horrible racist experience , with a rather short and large asian lady with short hair. She was donning I guess what was supposed to be a ?Ferragamo? belt. The woman followed us up and down the store, at first we did not notice until my sister said something.So we conducted an experiment and walked to a different place and stood there and she followed us again pretending to arrange shelves (this was the 4th time at this point).To the lady, if you are reading this, we do not need to steal from Beauty Base when we prefer niche luxury perfumes from Harrods perfumery. We just stopped there because we were in the area. You should be ashamed of yourself. I will be emailing corporate as there is no place for racism in 2024

Splendid shop with helpful and friendly staff. I am a regular customer to this shop. The aisles are choc a block full of colognes, perfumes,au de toilettes & cosmetics etc. They have the widest selection of leading brands. My last visits to the shop were to purchase some shower gel soap. I think that the shop is unique inasmuch that it has Brut by Fabergé (Unilever)and David Beckham's Homme. On its very well stocked shelves.I used to only get Fabergé Brut splash on at Christmas ?? as a present in a special box. So I think that it is now a bit more special to me that the other shower gels and splash on.They are based in the Chimes indoor shopping mall.So benefit from indoor parking, CCTV, Toilets, Wheelchair accessible etc.

Clearance items are really good. So look out for those. Rest is quite costly for an outlet store. This used to be amazing prices but high quality stock but all went down after lockdown.

Today I whent to the uxbridge store to find out if they sell phofure refills. The shop assistant was so helpful and welcoming. Really impressed with her customer service.

More interested in following you around the store and watching cctv than actually helping. We left quickly as you were made to feel that you shouldn't be in there. Won't be returning
