Worst customer attitude in the UK...You are a loyal customer using their parking areas, paying via their app, over a 1000 times over several years....and then you have a calamity in your life and you forget to pay for parking one day. They have your email address, they have your mobile number and they have your bank details. There is no mercy or heart for a long standing, loyal customer...with plenty of online evidence and opportunity to automatically send a reminder by email or text with 24 hours to pay....they just sting their loyal customer with a fine. The most heartless UK business. I look for every opportunity to avoid using their parking bays. Where is the zero star option?

Sends you through a 1-way system so there's "no escape" from entering a drop-off zone, and still charges you a fee to "drop off", even if you don't stop the vehicle.This should be illegal, and there needs to be a class action lawsuit against everyone they've fined.

They will monetise every slip, trip and fall you can possibly make, with no compassion towards your situation. I received an incorrect parking fine from them, and when I provided evidence of payment they simply brush it under the rug. When I forget to pay a fee dropping a friend off at Heathrow they make you pay through the nose. They removed barriers "as a safety precaution" but all their doing is making money of people forgetting to pay.

Thieves!Drop off family at Heathrow T2. There with no entry barricade, no place to pay or validate charge on exit. I received a pcn dated 9th June on 11th. Only after googling this info, was I able to find out how to pay. Too late obviously. I immediately sent a challenge asking how have you a pcn enforcement when there is no clear signage to pay or barricades to validate payment. No response for weeks! This is an epidemic of day light robery from APCOA. I can only imagine, how many people unaware are scammed by this shady process. I didn't hear from APCOA for 12 days and paid the £40 fine. Immediately the next morning I.e. today get an email saying challenge is closed due to payment. How appalling is the service this company. Cannot justify their pcns cz their system is not in place. Yet have managed to install cameras with ANPR to check payment.

Do not have barriers at exit points like most airports and only accept online payments.Would not accept illness as a mitigating circumstance as reason for late payment. Would not accept late payment and want £40.These people are human leaches.
