I needed some food and milk, l drow there for 15 minutes but unfortunately they closed 5 minutes earlier. I politely asked the security that if l can buy milk. But ... If you close at 12 midnight do it, why 5 minutes earlier?

Toilet out of action. Not ideal when here with toddler. But to then tell me there?s a toilet on the outside of the very large building, when this is absolutely not the case. Thanks for really unhelpful customer service.

We shop here very often and we want to say a big thank you to the Jamaican staff member Rob; excellent customer service, very friendly and kind and works his till very fast too (always a good idea to choose his queue). We are always pleased to see him, he makes the customers very happy!

Your manager Maggie @ Tesco Lee Valley needs to be sacked immediately, she has 0 understanding of management or customer service skills , the way she spoke to me and my family is unacceptable , we asked for help with payment as our bill was over a certain amount to pay with apple pay , in her words she said well it says insert card so YOU INSERT YOUR CARD THENNN , and i stated i didn't have a card on me , she literally rolled her eyes and walked away , a lovely lady from another till helped and tool our payment , this help should have came from the manager as this is what she is there for, clearly she is not management material and in all fairness i am a type of person that gives the benefit of the doubt but this occasion was unnecessary and unacceptable, i spend £250+ every single weekend here and because of her you have lost me and many more im sure .

CHECK DATES BEFORE YOU BUY!
Just bought a dairy milk s?mores chocolate bar and it was out of date back in NOV 2024!! Over 3 months out of date is OUTRAGEOUS!
How can staff be allowed to put these on the shelves without checking the dates!
Also in the morning, tills are all closed and trolley till is closed. Everyone with trolley full to the brim are expected to go to basket self checkout. It?s a Tesco extra, footfall is high so get more staff to be on tills!

Came to Tesco numerous of times around 23:30/23:40 and there doors are locked and was told they?re closed even though they are meant to close at midnight. Very disappointing no information provided either to why they have closed earlier than there closing time! Ridiculous.

Any plans to get the Robin out of there that has been trapped for over a week? People standing there gawking at it and taking photos. Sure love the idea of a poor, stressed out bird eating and defecating over the produce that we are buying.

Tesco Lee Valley states they close at 12:00am but their doors are closed at 23.40 pm what a disappointment no sort information they lost about 50 last minute customers . Staff seems like they do not care about their jobs anymore no sort of guidance will be using Asda Southgate instead !

Today (boxing day - 26/12/24) myself and many others were que?d up outside tesco waiting for them to open at 9am as stated on their website and a board outside the store itself. 9am comes and nobody has opened the shutters or doors. After several attempts of knocking on the cafe window to get the attention of one of the many staff members wondering around, we were told 9:30am opening although as stated it was supposed to be open at 9am. 9:35am approaches and again, after trying to get a members attention through a glass window i was told they have lost the keys to the shutter.
Not once did a staff member come out from the staff entrance to let us know of the issue whilst we were all waiting in the freezing cold, confused as to what is going on. Customers had to try and communicate through a glass window to get answers!

Today I visited to do my Christmas shopping and Chris was very helpful, my friend wanted to know where the cinnamon was and stopped him in his tracks, he had quite a few boxes in his hand and my friend said u can direct me but he insisted on showing exactly where the item was:)))) THIS is what I call outstanding customer service!!! He took time out and showed the caring side of customer service.
As we were doing our shopping I noticed he helped another customer with the same happy to help!!!! I had to ask him his name as I just wanted to share that your colleague has great customer service and is a true asset to the company!!!!
