I needed some food and milk, l drow there for 15 minutes but unfortunately they closed 5 minutes earlier. I politely asked the security that if l can buy milk. But ... If you close at 12 midnight do it, why 5 minutes earlier?

Toilet out of action. Not ideal when here with toddler. But to then tell me there’s a toilet on the outside of the very large building, when this is absolutely not the case. Thanks for really unhelpful customer service.

Doesn’t close for another 15 minutes but look at that…pretty closed already. Not the first time this has happened.
