Your opening times in the window are wrong. If you close at 3pm that's what should be put in the window. Stop misleading customers.

Great experience to be working here for work experience, I had alot of hands on experience with dealing with customers and also dealt with problems like cards being swallowed im machines and cash retainment. Internet banking is the next big thing and natwest staff are constantly pushing to move customers into a more cutomer convinient way of banking aswell as time saving. Is a great recommendation for Work Experience

Poorist service ever ! No one to help the costumers to guide the costumers with questions . The lady told me i can not make a payment to a netwest account if i have not an account with them ! This is not true
