Ordered via the app today. Only received part of my order. In the end had to go to the place myself to get my order redone. Not even an apology and seemed like I was being a burden to ask for my full order again when I made the effort to go back. Honestly appalling service and would not be ordering from there again

Food is nice but the staff swear and are incredibly rude and loud with each other. It really harms the atmosphere when me and my family are just wanting to eat some food while they argue incessantly. ?

I ordered a fillet o fish tonight and got 3 dried out chewy fish fingers in it, not what I ordered, was absolutely awful, someone in mcdonalds edmonton is having a laugh, just dried out chewy bread crumbs in a bun, they were stale, took two bites, the first I thought the fish is wrong, the second, I realised there was no fish just dried out chewy bread crumbs, couldn't believe what I was seeing, since when did mcdonalds think its okay to serve some crap, that was not my order and that was not a fillet o fish, I think the edmonton manager on now (ordered before midnight 23/6/25 order arrived after midnight on 24/6/25) this manager needs retraining, or are mcdonalds just taking the piss out of people, if you run out of fillet o fish, take it off the menu, don't try and con someone with chewy fish fingers that were all bread crumbs. Absolutely nasty, edmonton mcdonalds your staff need re training, always problems with the food from this mcdonalds and things missing.

They deliver a bad service with just eat
Including the service that they send orders with missing items
The drivers are so stupid and not able to see receipt and check with restaurants that are not missing items

I placed an order and my order did not arrive and they confirmed it even though it did not arrive. I waited outside for 15 minutes. It is a terrible place, there is no responsibility at all, and the employees are indifferent.
