Ordered a couple of minor parts via the Website for Click & Collect; paid in store.
I planned to go for a quiet part of the morning; there was a short queue which was handled fairly quickly by the person at the desk.
Ample parking (1x disabled bay that I could see if you needed that) relative to the size and location of this facility; decently easy access to the location.
Had a short wait (5-10mins) which was fine and I was on my way after that. No problems at all; will use again.

Unprofessional and lazy employees! I came on Saturday to order the drum from the car, he said he doesn't have it in stock and if I pay on the spot he will bring it for Monday morning at 8am o'clock. I paid for the drum, I waited 20 minutes to get an invoice. On Monday I came at 8:20am to take the drum to go to the service because I had an appointment at 9:20am, the surprise of the drum comes at 10:30am. I will never buy from them again, I'd rather go somewhere else even if it is 30% more expensive. I miss the service appointment, I can't use the car for work, so it's not worth buying or relying on them!

Standing here 20 minutes for a collection that was readied yesterday. Everyone in front of me got their stuff and has gone.
Manager double checked what I was in for, and instead of prioritizing a waiting customer he's keen to add others to the waiting queue. Honestly ridiculous.

Honestly if I could give them 0 star I would, there is young guy who's working at counter very disrespectful and unprofessional, he was cussing me in his language which highly inappropriate, he has no manner no respect towards their customers. He has no experience whatsoever when comes to dealing with customers, there was another guy who used to work here, very respectful and professionals, but they replaced him with this young guy who's very hard to deal with and, you better avoid this branch, GSF way better and cheaper then them and very professional staff works at GSF
