While the coffee is what Costa is good at, the tables are SO sticky I doubt they have ever been scrubbed with soap and hot water. YUK!

I had a brilliant experience today in Costa Crediton.
The staff that were working today were so helpful. My toddler accidentally spilt my coffee all over the floor, and before I could even get up to ask for some assistance, a lovely lady called Paula came over with a mop bucket and instantly cleaned it up. I apologised and she reassured me that accidents happen. While she was busy cleaning, the guy behind the counter (name was Ryan) was busy making me a fresh coffee! They turned a bad day into a much better one and I am so so grateful for their kindness. Please, please give them the recognition they both deserve. Paula had travelled over an hour to be in this store today as she was telling me it?s not her usual store. Thank you both, your kindness has not gone un noticed and really made a huge difference to my day! Xxx

Staff are very nice, kind, helpful and friendly, well trained and professional, I only had one bad experience, I found hair in my coffee.
Parking: It was always ok for me, I parked outside the cafe or beside the cafe.

Recently visited this costa and the staff were amazing, especially Dilara, not only did she introduce me to a new beverage but she was very polite and welcoming and really has influenced my to come to this branch even more
If you're reading this Dilara, thank you, it was the maple syrup coffee that made my day
