Went to Nail Spa for the 1st time today after booking an appointment yesterday and what a lovely experience great service by a very professional nail technician just love my nails will be back soon ?

Really unhappy with the service, it took 10 mins max for the lady to rush and do my toe nails, for £25 just to paint my toes she did not file the edges properly, when I got home and had a closer look, nail paint was outside the nail on some toes, very cold in the shop they are rewiring the shop, shouldn't be open until all work is completed, had to sit on a chair in a back room, very uncomfortable, for the amount I paid, poor service poor nails, I will be calling to speak to the manager!while the lady started doing my nails she asked another customer and asked her to come back in 10 mins, so she rushed to do my nails. Worst nail shop ever, other nail salon at least take 30 mins or more to make sure you nails are filed painted and edges are smooth.I need a refund!

Very unhappy with the results, nails peeled off after a week and salon only removed them after some persuasion.

I've been coming here for years, and I would never go anywhere else. I have always gotten acrylic nails, I've also had gel colour with chrome powder.My nails are always perfect, they last ages and the prices are great.It's the only place I will ever go for my nails x

Tried to phone and book an appointment but was told they don?t make them, also was laughed at for asking if they did nail extensions (as some salons don?t)? so went down this morning in person and was told there?s a long wait and they are very busy, and just given the impression they didn?t want our business so went elsewhere.

Such a terrible technique of filing nails at the end. Very sub standard - I?ve had them less than a week and my nails are catching on everything. Annoying as I have no time to go again.Service: Dip powder

Everything about this nail spa is good, friendly, homely and lovely atmosphere, always had excellent nail treatments. They are fully up to date on new trends. Only place ever go too. Brilliant. I urge to to try it. Very clean and using fully up to date corona virus recommendations.

Was in the area and popped in by chance to get nails redone with a split nail. Such friendly girls so welcoming, helpful, great conversation and nail magicians fixing 3 split nails! they look amazing! I would definitely be back again! Xx
