Most staff have been friendly and helpful but since changing owners not so, quite sarcastic in their response to my questions for advice and continued to ridicule me quite loudly for others to hear - maybe if they had listened better , they wouldn't have got the name of the plant wrong !!

Place looked lovely,all set for Christmas, lots of beautiful things.I met friends there specifically for lunch.The food was good, not inexpensive but the staff were very nice.
