Always love this Specsavers. Great staff, especially Barry, he is always helpful and friendly.Can be busy getting through via the phone. But staff will always call you back if you leave a message.

The service was speedy. The optician was extremely helpful and explained the processes snd tests to me. I chose my glasses and they were ready for collection in a week.

After being a customer for more than 20 years, the store's response when I rang to say that I was unhappy about something was simply to say that they would close my account, rather than ask what the problem was or attempt to discuss it.

Very efficient and helpful. I popped in with broken glasses and a chap fixed them double quick and super friendly. The eye test felt detailed and the optician clear and reassuring.

The charming young lady who works at the store is an absolute star! Great customer service. Products are same as in any store but it's the service that matters! Would recommend!

Outstanding Service! ?????Rarely does one experience customer service as good as this. The lady who carried out the eye test (Banvir?) was just lovely and clearly knew what she was talking about; knowledgeable, relaxed, personable and offered helpful advice and explanations. The other staff were equally professional and friendly when I chose my frames and I was done and dusted in under half an hour. A wonderful team working well together to deliver an outstanding experience. I'll definitely be back!

Faultless service. Had a sight test & then the optician (Amrit??? Apologies if that is incorrect) very kindly helped me to choose 2 pairs of glasses...going through about 15 pairs before we succeeded. All put in to the tray for cleaning before going back out.I was then passed on to 'Barry' who was equally friendly, for going through the fitting / payment process.I was equally delighted at the price, so much less than I have paid previously.I really cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this store. They were friendly, polite & courteous from the moment I walked through the door & nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them & look forward to returning to collect my glasses.

Popped in here recently (Feb 21) for an eyetest. Booked my apt online and turned up within 5 mins of my apt, I saw the optician without any delay and all equipment was wiped with antibac before I used it. There's a tray system for trying on glasses too so that everything is disinfected before going back on display - great system!

I have found Specs Savers helpful to me. They seem to offer a good service and produced my glasses ahead of the time that they anticipated. I have complex eye problems and am under the care of Moorfields who stated a high Street optician is suitable for me for glasses and they check them also. I asked for the assistance of staff with choosing my glasses and they all were helpful and I am being honest. Their two for one pair helped me but the additionals that I needed such as anti glare and change to dark to help photophobia and migraine did cause the price to rise considerably. I cannot comment on their service compared to other opticians but when a lens fell out they did replace it free of charge in the past. I found the card recommendations that you take away not completed and I felt they could have been more informative than saying my prescription " was a stable one" which did not tell me if the prescription had changed or not. I will ask Moorfields to let me know this. The optician stated to me to get my eyes checked in one year but the card stated two. This was ticked. Minor descrepancies like that can make one feel they need to be particularly aware. I will still use them as I have done for a number of years. Thank you for your help.
