Excellent Service!
I had a great experience at the opticians today. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. I was especially impressed with the young man called Brad who helped me ? he was polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. It?s rare to come across such outstanding customer service these days, especially from someone so young. Highly recommend!

We recently visited Specsavers in Upminster for my eye test. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure appointments for my wife and daughter at that time; however, they managed to arrange their appointments for the following week. During our visit, we had the pleasure of meeting a remarkable young man named Brad at the reception. He took an extensive history and conducted a preliminary eye test with the utmost professionalism, explaining everything in a courteous manner.
The atmosphere inside the showroom at Specsavers Upminster was nothing short of fantastic. The vibrant and inviting space was filled with a wide array of stylish frames, creating an enjoyable environment that made the process of selecting glasses feel both exciting and relaxed. The friendly staff and well-organised layout contributed to a sense of comfort, allowing us to browse at our leisure while receiving guidance when needed.
When I inquired about the possibility of accommodating my family members for their eye tests on the same day, Brad promptly went to speak with the optician and successfully arranged for their tests to be conducted. His proactive approach, politeness, and excellent communication skills left a lasting impression on us. Furthermore, we greatly appreciated his assistance in selecting our frames and glasses.
Hannah, the optician, was equally polite and professional, conducting a thorough eye examination. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we are grateful for the outstanding service provided by the team at Specsavers. We highly recommend Specsavers Upminster to anyone seeking quality eye care and a welcoming atmosphere, as their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

I have an ongoiing visual imparenent problem.This branch did all they could to assist me. Tbe eye test and consulation by Adella was excellent. She is knowledgeable and very caring. She explained what the issue is and went out of her way to assist me. Highly recommended.

I had the best experience at Upminster Specsavers today. The staff are all so friendly, professional and reassuring. I have several issues with my eyesight and have left there today feeling confident and so happy with the service I received. The lady on reception worked very hard to make sure I received the best deal possible. I felt very valued from the moment I walked in. Thank you so much ?

I have always had really great service from Specsavers Upminster, partcular shout out to Barry and a fabulous Optician, Idela (unsure of the spelling!). I had retina issues which need hospital attention, Idela contacted the Emergency Eye Dept at Queens Hospital and provided them with details of her findings. Barry contacted me a few days later to check how I was which was really thoughtful. Over the years I have used numerous Specsavers but Upminster is by far the best.

The store does not allow adults appointments after 4pm or Saturdays. Utterly inconvenient for people who work. The lady in the shop was not helpful and shrugged her shoulder when I said I would need to go to another optician. I found out that Hornchurch store does later appointments which she could have suggested.
