I have a specially adapted Mercedes Sprinter Van. I rely on this vehicle for my day-to-day living.Ricks Car Care always return my vehicle the same day. The service is 2nd to none and the staff are always friendly.I can thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who wants an honest mechanical appraisal, and to feel they are not being ripped off with extortionate fees.

We booked a Full service and MOT. Our car is an older model Renault so we always maintain it. We noted on the Service record that a brake oil change was not done even though Rick confirmed that it flagged up as Red.. I have researched what a full service means online and it clearly says brake oil is changed, not topped up but changed when a full service is carried out so disappointing to say the least . ?

I visited after my regular guy couldn't resolve an issue. The team here were great, quick turn around, polite and the cost was surprisingly low. Very happy customer and will refer to f and f.
