Prezzo in Upminster is always excellent! It never seems like part of the chain, more like a local dining experience. Great service by beautiful, smiling, friendly staff, and absolutely delicious, well presented, fresh food. Even though I?ve never seen it busy, that makes for a nice quiet meal. This Prezzo impresses!

Two toilets out of use out of four, two espresso martinis with very little coffee in them, a Caesar salad with very little chicken in it, a chicken alforno with very little chicken in as well. Unfortunately after being excited to revisit a Presso after seeing that there was a new menu we were very very disappointed by are experience and will not be rushing to come back even with a 25% off food voucher. On a plus note the staff were friendly enough.

Food was very lovely. A shame that there wasn?t more staff. The two ladies working worked so hard in serving all customers but definitely need more members of staff as they were rushed off their feet!

We had a voucher for kid eat free, three courses.
However we were told as the kids menu had changed only two courses were free.
This is not what the voucher said, and nor is it what the post outside the restaurant says.

(Table 21 18.30) Served by Danielle and a lady with blonde hair ( didnt het her name) Both brilliant service and took our orders by memory only and nothing missing, was spot on service by both of them and food was gorgeous. Very happy and both staff friendy, attentive and helpfull and prompt service, cant fault anything. Thanks for a lovely meal, 6* review
