I visited the Upminster branch on Thursday to get some advice on my ISA. Gemma highlighted to me that I could switch to another ISA with a higher interest rate and better accessibility. Gemma opened the new ISA for me and transferred the balance from my old ISA. The whole process was easy from start to finish. Thank you, Gemma. Great service!

Great service from Anne today, went over and above liasing with Chelmsford branch regarding a possibie issue with an atm deposit. Really personalised the conversation. (Not a branch issue, but my misunderstanding ). After following up, Anne took the time to call me back to put my mind at rest. I was treated with the upmost respect.
Today I had very good service from 2 branches as I was not at home and could not access account. Upminster and Chelmsford.
I initially put Annes review under Chelmsford branch (apologies Anne) as they initiated looking into my concern, (John or Joe at Chelmsford, I'm not sure).
Both branches very helpful and respectful, considering it was me who may have caused delay/ extra work.
