Never going to this place again. Ive been a regular customer for a while now but this stops today. The technicians are always jumping around clients which is annoying because not every technician have the same ability. My mother and i came today and was told that it would be a 30 minute wait we said that we would come back in 10 minutes which we did. We got seated but my mother had her nails in foils for THREE HOURS before they came to see her and we eventually said we didnt want the service anymore. Once we expressed to them how frustrated we were (as other customers throughout the hours were also complaining about the service too)the man in the shop said nothing no apology just completely dismissed our plea. The lady later decided to lie and said she was the only one that could do the dipping powder service but if this was the case then she should communicate this with us instead of making us wait almost 4 hours.
They need more staff, they need to communicate with the customers the CORRECT waiting time (sometimes because of the lies they end up rushing and becoming very heavy handed when doing your nails)and improve on their sanitary side of things.

No point in booking an appointment because they take everyone & make those with appointments wait ridiculous times. Or they'll jump around between clients leaving you with different technicians!

First time visit to the salon for a luxury manicure clear polish.
Manicurist didn't instruct to wash hands after nail filing and went straight into lotion massage. They also cut into skin.
Paraffin wax was way too hot, even after exclaiming it was hot, nothing was done. I wish I could post a picture because my hands are still very red (20mins post treatment).
Clear polish was applied after wax but did not have time to dry before another layer was applied. So polish is awful.
At first the salon seems lovely, clean & friendly, but as my first visit I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

Have been going to this place since it opened. Yesterday I had the same dipping I have had for some time. I have paid £27 the last couple of times yesterday it was £28. I asked if there was a price increase only to be told in no uncertain terms it had increased over a year ago by the husband of the proprietor. Needless to say I can spend my money elsewhere and get a better service. To be spoken to by him in the tone he used is disgraceful. I have proof on my bank statement that the price had risen from last month. If they need to keep their customers keep them close!!!!!

Questionable sanitation practices!
Got a luxury manicure with paraffin wax. The employee used a used nail file and buffer, I watched another employee use the buffer on another client and then my nail tech used it immediately on me! I brushed it off, they came out with a small cup of blue sanitation liquid. The cuticles tools had the tip of them in the liquid. They used the tools and then put caps on the before putting them back into the drawer with the other tools. It makes me question if they are properly cleaned between clients. The paraffin wax was warmed up in a bowl that looks like the ones I use for cereal. The wax was put on my skin with a hardware paint brush, like the one you?d purchase at a hardware store!!
After the wax the employees changed and another person did the paint. They did an okay job but it was soiled by the worries of bad hygiene practices and protocol. I don?t think it was just my nail tech but maybe salon protocols.
Cleanliness: Looks clean but up close it is questionable at best!

Booked an appointment only to be made to wait throughout my appointment for ad-hoc walkins!!! Ended up with 3 different people chair hopping doing my nails which led to over drilled, over filed, mis shaped, too short nails that took nearly 2.5 hours to complete. Will never go back after the damage to my nails including them filing my skin!

Walked in the place in the morning to have my nails done, they were fully booked with people waiting so I booked an appointment for the afternoon. I arrived for my appointment, had been a few minutes pass my time, staff asked the lady what she wanted done and if she had an appointment, she said she didn't but was taken to the next available place. I told the staff that I had an appointment only to be told that 5 more ladies were before me and all had appointments, I asked why did they just place the lady without appointment then, didn't get a response... all the other waiting ladies kept silent so it was obvious that none of them had booked... I left as I needed to be somewhere else in an hour time. Pointless booking an appointment and being lied after is not plaisant. I definitely won't return there!

What a lovely shop. Amazing colour options. The staff were all so nice and friendly. Super attentive and even gave massages during the manicure and pedicure. I thought very reasonably priced at £64 for gel hands and feet including the manicure/pedicure. Really happy customer!
