Booked an appointment and when I turned up the shutters were down. Called them and she had no clue why, I had to call HER back and she told me the employee was on the train home. no warning, no being told, and was not apologetic. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, never visit this salon. Had a full set of acrylics, within a few days 4 had fallen off. I have raised a complaint with the salon who tried to say that I pulled them off myself (of course I wanted to waste my money and time doing this lol). Still no refund afree an week and I had to get them re-done by...
