Very poor service. Put prescription in and was informed that they had half of it but I would have to pop back as the pharmacist was on his break (I have had to do this regularly in the past which I have always found a bit odd). So I did pop back a bit later and was told by the pharmacist that they did not have the second part of my prescription and would need to order it. I did not have an issue with that but I did have an issue with the fact he wouldn't give me the first part of my prescription which he did have in stock. When I said it seems a bit odd, he was quite aggressive saying 'what if I cannot get the second part'. This seemed odd also as I do not know why he couldn't check there and then if he could get it. Anyway I said I would return the next day to collect both parts. I returned the next day and yet again the pharmacist was on a break. So the lady behind the counter spent about 5 minutes looking for my prescription as she couldn't find it. She then realised they did not have the second part of the prescription. So I said to give me the prescription back as I would take it elsewhere. I took it to Britannia Pharmacy down the road who did not have either part in stock but checked their system and told me they would have it the next day for me to collect. Really was not difficult to give me certainties around it. Bearing in mind people usually go to a pharmacy to get treatments for problems they want to address ASAP, the above attitude from Govani's pharmacist is not right. This is not the first time I have found this pharmacists attitude quite off and when I mentioned this episode to my wife. She knew exactly who I was talking about- as she has also found him quite rude in the past. Safe to say I will not be using again.

Both branches, Station Lane and Cranham, always go the extra mile to provide assistance to their customers. Nothing is ever too much trouble - really helpful and efficient.

Great Local chemist they have always looked after us well, good place for medical advice
