Refused to accept my return ten minutes before closing as they had already shut down their system. There was a complete lack of customer care, two employees stood doing nothing in an empty shop seeing that I was clearly carrying a lot of boxes and I was nonchalantly advised I would just have to come back the next morning... read full comment

Bought some trainers young lady who served me was ok smiled and replied when I spoke but the other older lady didn't acknowledge me at all no wonder store was empty sometimes you have to smile and acknowledge people even if you don't feel like it! I worked in a shop for many years!
