Great atmosphere, cool location, friendly and helpful staff with great attitude.
Do not bother coming if you have an allergy. The house rules seem to think nut allergy = leprosy. Everyone else had eaten by the time ?the one with the food allergy? got theirs. The order even had to be taken by a special ?manager?. Presumably he had been vaccinated ????

Ordered the beef bao buns as an appetizer and were great. Ordered the pad Thai with chicken which was super spicy and they remade
For me as I cannot have too much spice and were super accommodating. Friendly staff and great vibe. Would recommend.

I ordered prawn curry dish with steamed rice and vegetables. There were only five prawns in this dish which cost £19!!!

The waiter Ron was excellent.
I ordered a vegan dish, but it came with eggs.
As I understand cross contamination I simply asked to have the meal exchange and Ron made it happen without big issues.
That to me was very professional, he checked on me a few times to make sure I was enjoying my meal.
The atmosphere also was very relaxing
Dietary restrictions: Vegan dishes are available but the risk of cross contamination is high.

Food is normal Wagamama standard. The service was horrendous. His name is Victor, looks like an Oriental gentleman from Hong Kong. He is rude in cutting off customers, speaks broken English too fast no one can understand him, communicates like a robot in a mechanical and monotone way, quite the opposite of every principle of service.
Wouldn?t come back here purely for the bad service. Avoid Victor at all costs.

Awful service. Waited ages to get my order taken and then only 1 item came which took ages! The others I cancelled 30 minutes later. They didn?t inform me that everything would come at different times which they should have. Poor!

Wagamama at Terminal 5 Heathrow
Outstanding Experience: The service and food at Wagamama at Terminal 5 Heathrow were beyond exceptional.
Both, my wife and me, were impressed by the attentive staff Named, Rishan, and the delicious menu options he suggested.
I tried Jubel Peach Beer for the first time, and asked Rishan his opinion, he highly recommended it, as I told him I am fond Peaches.
A must-visit! ????????

The food was ok considering it's an airport meal. The prices are reasonable and the service is less than average. But there is plenty of seating and large groups are accommodated fairly easy.
