So today old machine disconnected and new one installed by Jim and Jittu .Machine checked once installed and good advice from Jim on how to 'look after ' new machine '.Old machine taken away .No fuss and no bother installation from Jim and Jittu and they are nice guys too. ..One very happy customer .Thank you VT Electronics (What's Right For You )

Ramesh helped fix our Dyson DC35, which is close to 10 years old. It was fixed on the same day. Gave us excellent advise on future care. The battery needed to be replaced, they did that as we. I highly recommend them, extremely professional and friendly

I contacted VT electronics yesterday because I was having a problem with the lock on my Bosch washing machine. I live locally to their shop and have used them on previous occasions. They phoned me last night to say they would come round this morning to look at the machine. Pleased to say it is now working properly. Thank you.

I wanted to review this business in 2020 but forgot about it. My wife was due for delivery and the washing machine broke, I was about to buy new one but I called the shop regarding this and Ramesh video called me. He understood the problem and said he has got the part it was the door and I did the DIY with video call instructions and it worked and it?s still working. Literally spent peanuts to get it working and saving me all the money and stress at the right time. All this happened within 1 hour of my call. Highly recommended!

Regarding the comment on the damaged fridge you delivered and left us...You said you replaced it, I can now send you pictures of the same damaged fridge you sent us, we still have it! Also remember what you did, you fitted the door on the wrong side! So we have proved you not only to be rude and unreliable, also a liar, as well as the terrible service you offer. You let us down in many ways and then tried to lie about it.
