Been a member since January and was best decision I made, from the reception where you are always met with a smile, cleaning staff keeping the whole gym spotless, never seen such a clean gym, the trainers are always happy to help and stop for a chat, big shout out to trainer Su who has ignited my love of strength and conditioning classes and I now do 5-6 classes a week and all the classes with all trainers are fab and push me, love the spin classes with Nick who is so full of energy, took part in the Summer games and everyone was so encouraging, the pool is lovely and spa is just the place to relax.

I really enjoy the S&C classes especially with Su running them. The upgrade to the machines and weights has made the gym the best in the area. The lounge facilities give the members an opportunity to socialise too!

TW2 is a great local gym?clean, well-equipped, and welcoming. The atmosphere is friendly, and there?s a good mix of equipment and classes to suit all fitness levels.
A special mention to Karolina at reception?she?s always warm, professional, and super helpful. Her positive attitude makes every visit better. Highly recommend this gym!

I love working out at TW2!!! NOTHING beats the spin and Pilates classes. I also LOVE it when Mimi is working at the desk, she?s so funny and friendly and always brightens up my day, she works so hard!

The gym is way too crowded, especially during peak hours. It clearly doesn?t have the capacity to handle this many members at once. Most of the time, you have to wait to use basic equipment, and there?s barely enough space to move around. It?s really frustrating when you?re trying to have a focused workout. They need to seriously consider limiting new memberships or expanding the facility.

I have been a member of TW2 Health and Fitness for 6 months and have been very impressed with their excellent customer service. Of note, Mia (receptionist) has excellent knowledge of the facility, always greets members with a warm smile and is happy to be of assistance when queries arise - making for a pleasurable and seamless gym experience. Karolina and Mia are always the kindest at the desk. Even when I?ve had a bad day and show up at the gym for some reason their welcoming aura makes me feel at least a little bit better. Top girls

Gym is great and even better with the new equipment. Spa and climbing wall makes it even better. Also great customer service especially from Karolina always smiling at reception.

TW2 is the best value health club in SW London by miles. It?s got excellent facilities, amazing staff and something for everyone in terms of classes and activities - it?s even got a climbing wall for goodness sake :-) I wasn?t a huge fan of the gym before but now go at least 5 times a week.

Choice of music is pathetic, asked couple of times to have some esthetic listening in choice of music selection, Sales Manager doesn't know how QR codes works, scanning the QR code on reception desk & telling me that it works for him but QR codes on the entrance barrier doesn't work. Will have an argument with you that sales desk QR code works, but if the entrance barrier QR code not working, what benefit reception desk QR code will bring, TW2 needs a right person for the job, not just a sales person. Cleaning is reasonable, butbthy have to uo their game on cleaning. Reception desk is good, all friendly & helpful & will.do whatever they can to sort it out for you.
