I'd love to leave an honest review. I've been here a few times, but this visit truly stood out thanks to a staff member named Marika. She was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely helpful. Her positive attitude and thoughtful service really elevated my experience. Thank you so much, Marika! I will consider coming back in future times!

Today I went to the bar and was very happy with the prices. I spent £70.
The bar was clean and very well-kept. The rooms weren't the best, but the kitchen and bar service were excellent. Marika, the girl, is very experienced.

Worst experience ever in any in this hotel
Imagine, they do not have Air Conditioning in the rooms. We survived in Hot August With Two Fans in the room which were not provided by the Hotel Ofcourse.
Room Service came only once in 5 nights Stay.
Sink never get cleaned even after complaining about it. Water doesn?t flow well.
Only good this to get 1 star is the location of this hotel.

It?s basic, but clean and the staff are friendly. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the underground and is perfect for central London (30 mins on the tube) and for Heathrow. For me, this is a much better option than the airport hotels as surprisingly it?s easier to get to the terminals from here than attempting to get a bus from the closer places you could stay.

BEDBUGS/AVOID. Found a bedbug crawling across my bed and woke up with multiple bites. Wouldn?t be surprised if it was in many rooms as these bugs can travel through cracks in the walls and this is an old and rundown smelly building. Complained and was told I?d get a full refund and was sent an e-voucher instead - I do not want to stay in another travellodge after this. Had to buy a new suitcase and wash all my clothes which cost me £100. Disgraceful in the way this was dealt with.

Great location good friendly staff rooms are good but no air con and in this heat having the windows open is noisy as it is on the flight path thou they have fans in the room may be the staff should put them on before you arrive so it's cool in the room

I?ve just spent a few nights at the Hounslow Travelodge and honestly, I?ve got to give a massive shoutout to Marica, who works in the kitchen. What an absolute gem of a lady. Being disabled, travel can be a bit of a challenge at times, but Marica went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after.
From the moment I arrived, she was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring ? not just doing her job, but really looking out for me in a way that felt so personal. She made sure I had everything I needed at breakfast, even bringing things over to my table without me asking, just to make life easier. She took the time to have a friendly chat too, which really lifted my spirits ? sometimes it?s the small kindnesses that make the biggest difference.
You can tell she takes real pride in what she does, and it shows. It?s rare to come across someone so thoughtful and dedicated, and I just wanted to say thank you, Marica ? you made my stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Travelodge, you?re lucky to have her!
Highly recommend this place ? and if you?re lucky enough to meet Marica, you?re in safe hands.

Good place to stay. Stayed here for 3 nights and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I would came again and book this place. The rooms were nice and quiet and good for a family of 4.

It's a fine hotel for the price, it's what you would expect. Tiny efficiency rooms without A/C. If you're like me and chose it for its proximity to the tube, I just want to point out that Hounslow Central station does not have an elevator or escalator, so you'll have to carry bags up and down stairs.

Good location for Piccadilly line to London.
Clean rooms with comfy bed and good shower .
No air con in room though and breakfast was a bit of a let down .
I would stay again though but take breakfast nibbles .
A big Thank you to Angel who was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived . A true treasure .
