I popped in a few days ago and received fantastic service from Raj. Raj gave us a very good warm welcome as we entered the store and proactively approached us to see if we needed any help. He was very knowledgeable about the products as well as installation techniques which he patiently walked us through while responding to our questions. He went out of his way to help and make sure we found everything we needed which was very kind of him. The store has free parking in front and is near other trade suppliers which is convenient.

I am returning customer to Hounslow branch and happy to meet Mr Kelvin (Store Manager). He helped to me select the right tiles as per my requirement. Highly Recommended if you are looking for good quality tiles and good customer service.

Met a young dynamic, enthusiastic lad called nick today, he could see I was struggling with sizes and style of tiles for my 2x new project bathrooms, he offered his advise as a friend rather than a sales man which made me feel super comfortable with him. He was genuinely wanting to help me make an informed decision on my tiles rather than push me into buying somthing I wasnâ??t going to be happy with. Even though i didnâ??t buy the tiles today, I will be back to buy of him. His a lovely asset to your team. Keep up the good work Nick!

Got my Bathroom tiles from this store. Mark and Ali were very helpful with tile selection, visualization and advise on other products. Customer service and Patience are something that cannot be taught, I believe it is natural to both Mark & Ali :-)Would I go back? 100% Yes.

Outstanding service from Gus and Ali today. Expert advice and sorted out same day delivery of tiles hassle-free. Even the delivery guy was awesome, carried the tiles into my house despite it being a supposed "kerbside" delivery. Will definitely use again, many thanks.
