I had a great experience at Timpsons in Twickenham. Paul (I think his name was) was incredibly polite, personable, and professional. I?ve had problems getting keys cut at other places, where they had several goes before it would eventually work in my door. Paul took the time to ensure my key was cut perfectly, and it worked smoothly without any issues. Was actually nice to have a conversation with someone. I really appreciate the excellent service and will definitely return in the future.

The assistant was knowledgeable and honest about whether or not it was worth repairing my trainers. I said try anyway and he made it clear he couldn?t guarantee the repair would last. I appreciated being clearly informed about the possible outcome before going ahead with the order.

Be careful merchandise, the do not offer refunds only exchanges. I returned the item within 24 hours with a receipt. You try to support the high street but you are better off using Amazon.

Polite and friendly staff. Quick to serve even under the pressure of being single manned.
Unfortunately the Timpsons website says ?Seiko specialists? but the store was unable to correctly remove links from the below watches correctly.
This has resulted in the pin collars keeping the links in place coming out of both watches within 2 weeks. The black watch I realised in the evening when I took it out the watch case and the pins were loose. The silver watch I discovered a couple weeks later when I wore it out for the first time since at an event.
Luckily the watches didn?t fall off my wrist. It looks like the pins were not correctly put in on either watch hence they came loose. Would of expected this to be a routine job for advertised ?Seiko specialists?. Furthermore on the black watch the pins were removed from links without arrow markers causing permanent damage to the bracelet.
Timpsons online customer service are only giving the option to get the watches sent off to there independent centre which I would rather not.
All in the ordeal cost me £30.00 and has left me with 2 damaged watches.
My advice is for key cutting Timpson are alright for key cutting but for repairs I wouldn?t bother, not unless its an items your are not fussed about getting damaged.
The worst part about the whole ordeal is the first person working on my watch didn?t even know they done it wrong, when I checked the bag with the spare links in it I found 1 link, 1 pin but 2 collars which means they had not even bothered to put the pin back on the bracelet.
