I recently visited this shisha lounge, which is supposedly one of the best in the UK, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. The space felt more like a cramped cafe than a proper lounge; it was smaller than my bedroom and uncomfortably cold. Some windows were broken, offering a view of neighboring houses instead of a relaxing atmosphere.
The service was equally terrible. The staff member attending us seemed more interested in his friends at another table than in providing any sort of customer care. We were left waiting far too long, and when the shisha finally arrived, it fell below my expectations ? I can honestly say I make better shisha at home.
Overall, this place was a major letdown. I won?t be returning, and I definitely wouldn?t recommend it to anyone looking for a good shisha experience. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Three70 shisha lounge is a gem in West London. Located within a quick 15 minutes walk from the Richmond station, it offers a chilled vibe perfect for unwinding after a long day. One of the most important things for me for a lounge has to be it's music and Three70 has perfect chilled vibes to it's playlist. Nothing too loud or obstrusive, just hits the spot.
But if course, you are here for shisha and the lounge does not disappoint. They have most impressive selection of gear, HMDs and flavours with over 200 options that would satisfy each and every shisha enthusiast. Dark and Blonde, new brands and old. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose a perfect mix based on my preferences.
The service is another highlight. The staff are friendly and attentive, checking in regularly to ensure everything's going well without being intrusive.
They also have a good selection of drinks, including hot teas and refreshing juices, perfect for complementing your shisha experience.
Overall, Three70 is a fantastic hookah lounge experience. The comfortable atmosphere, top-notch shisha, and friendly service make it a great place to relax and catch up with friends. If you're in West London and looking for a chill spot with excellent hookah, I highly recommend checking it out!

Definitely the best shisha lounge in London maybe even in the UK.Superior shisha flavour options from standard,star buzz,German blonde all the way to dark leaf and the flavours last over an hour before first coal change is needed. Pipes never go harsh. Service is amazing, if you are disappointed about any flavours the staff change it for you at no cost, service unmatched!!
