Absolutely terrible experience, the lady in charge could barely speak English, and when asked for a particular product she had never heard of it even though it?s a very popular item. She kept asking if I had a picture of the product. I left after being told to LOOK around the shop. I left and won?t be returning or recommending it to friends !

I ordered DIM supplement online as that was the only retailer that was showing stock of it. Was sent an alternative. The item I was sent didn't even exist on their website. When I sent it back to them, I did not get a refund! Avoid this retailer!!!!

Very disappointed. I have been a regular customer for this shop for over a year and they have been extremely unprofessional which an incident which just occurred earlier today. Yesterday I picked up some health supplements and as soon as I got home I realised that I already had a similar product so I came back to the shop today to return the item only to be told that they currently have a no returns policy. I showed them the packaged item still wrapped up and unopened but they still said that they can't accept it because of Covid...Even though customers are constantly holding all items on display and putting them back down? The main owner aggressively tried to me that there is a sign at the front desk which says no refunds only for him to check and realise that there was no sign at all. He said that there was a sign but it had been taken down and that he's going to get another sign placed up soon. Very unclear, wasn't told about this and wasted my money. All other professional shops have accepted refunds. Broken policy and poor customer care. I can find the same products on Amazon so I won't be going back here again.

The best health store that i came across which is open during this covid lockdown to server and care for the customer with all safety measures and the best quality of products. The staff are good,friendly and can guide you to their best products which gives better results. They also do deliveries of their products and also order the products for the customer which they haven't got in the store on request. i would recommend to go and give a try?. I would suggest them to change the name of the shop from "The Good health shop" to "The Best health shop?."
