Very rude staff, especially Vinay, I came to the store at 10:54 and the store was closed and I was refused entry, as far as I was aware from Google and the sign outside the store the store closes at 11pm. I was refused service and told that they close 10 minutes before 11pm, very disappointing.

Went in there to buy a drink and roast turkey slices, then one of the workers there, he said his name was Sataar Singh, got in my face started shouting at me and accused me of stealing. Had to show him my bank balance to prove that I wasn?t stealing, and even after this he was invading my personal space and shouting in my face. Such an awful experience, feel afraid to go back there with this guy there.

No meal deal especially before 09:00 ? Bakery / sandwiches section is always empty in the morning & Most annoying Coffee Machine is out of order almost every second day , Poor management

Denish, the assistant was incredibly rude and unhelpful for a question I had for my father who lives in Twickenham and is 84 years old. Literally, incredibly poor customer service. The cynic in me says it was that they didn't want to pay out the scratch card as they advised me to go to another store and he didn't understand how too.

It's convenient and open long hours seven days a week. there is convenient parking for vehicles which makes this Tesco express especially convenient. It's not what you would call a shopping experience. It really is super convenient and is a good size in that it stocks a lot more variety than your average corner store. But it's kind of dirty... But almost to be expected

As usual the ?fresh? meat is disgusting. For the second time in two weeks I have bought chicken which is smelly and off. It?s clearly the delivery process or bad fridges, either way, it?s so unacceptable from a big supermarket like Tesco
