Had my eyebrows done e there for first time, the girl is absolutely clueless of doing eyebrow shape, I ended up with ruined and uneven eyebrows, very disappointed and not going back again.

The servers should be more attentive. As someone that works in retail, I know this. The two ladies at the till were too busy chatting away while I waited to be served. They were too busy finishing their conversation than attending to customers. Not a good look!

My 11 year old daughter and I had cartilage piercings. I didn?t catch the name of the lady who did them but she was totally brilliant. Very gentle hands, virtually no pain and delighted with the outcome. All the usual array of fabulous make up items in store too!

I went to pick up my delivery which I had ordered on line. I walk in and asked one of the ladies and she was so polite and helpful. Her name is Daxa. Felt really good when I left the shop. Well done Daxa

Recently went inside with my elderly Grandmother who is recovering from hip surgery (I don't expect them to mind read and know thats the case so this isn't the issue) She uses a walking stick and its clear she needs aid with walking, we went to pay at the till with a £50 note, a girl looking confused said we had to wait 10-15 minutes for a manager to check the 50... Not only was this embarrassing but it goes to show how poor the trust Superdrug have in their employees is, all it takes is a £5-£10 black light (UV Light) and a photo detailing how to check for fake notes behind the counter and its done! Not only that, everytime I walk in they follow me around, Not only does this embarrass me everytime but it puts me off going in full stop. Today will be the final day to be honest im fed up of the shop and will be voting for it to be gone like a lot of people did last year... this year it will hopefully happen!

Took ages to get served and then staff kept trying to push a membership card. I already said no. Stop wasting my time and everyone's else's by trying to push me one.
