American coffee-chain famous for being totally incompetent in give you decent coffee. There are several coffee-shops one can support. This one is just a waste of space.

The staff at this Starbucks are always friendly and smiley. Have seating inside as well as outside, and there is always a mix of people and it's not busy that you struggle to find a seat .
Can't comment on the food they serve, however, the pastry looks good.

Parking: Don't offer any parking, however there are street parking and parking place within 10 min walking distance.
Wheelchair accessibility: Street level so easy to access with a wheelchair.

mobile orders are always messed up in this branch. whenever i order from the app. either they don?t receive it or either give me the wrong drink. poor customer service.

Wont serve free hot water if asked (Gabriella), says it is a health and safety issue incase I burn myself, asked to see this policy said it's not available for the public, asked to see the manager got told the manager doesn't want to speak to me.

I don't know whether they are recieving different training or if they are just hiring lovely people, but every time I go in to this branch of Starbucks I leave in a better mood! And that's entirely down to the staff and their exceptional customer service. I'd love them to know how good a job they're doing ?

Rude staff and constantly staring at you, I asked for hot water and got refused from a server (Gabriella), even though they serve me hot coffee, Starbucks policy allows free hot water.

The staff is really friendly. I am visiting there frequently. They remember me and great me whenever I go to that store.
