Ordered two refresha venti, unfortunately more than half of both drinks is ice, it's extremely bad value for money, I'm not sure if it's just this shop try to make it so cheap or stuckbuck in general, very disappointing!

Just went in to get a cookies and cream frappe, was told they were out. The guy at the register was so friendly and suggested to tiramisu one, made sure I was aware there was coffee in it. And the lady made it. They offered to make me a new one if I didn?t like it and they were so lovely and quick with making my drink. They really made my day ?

I?ve been here this morning at 7.30; the service has been great. I think the name written on the uniform was Ramon.
Smiling face, (even if was so early), gentle in mood, (even if I can be a very pretending client).
I went out and he said goodbye, his colleague, a girl, she didn?t. I mean simple things he did but he made a better atmosphere.
Everything was really clean.
He can definitely do his job.

i recently visited this starbucks on the way back from kew gardens and was thoroughly disappointed. the staff were very rude and inattentive, with the woman making the coffees virtually whispering what she'd made then shouting it again very loudly. the man who served us on the till looked at us for a while before actually serving us, and then my partner had to repeat their order several times as he kept repeating back the wrong item. i ordered a crème brulée brown sugar frappucino which had a very strange consistency, which i assume is due to using very little ice... not what i expect from a frappucino! we will not be returning.

Sasha had followed no health & safety codes while making drinks. Touching her face and hair while making drinks and handling food, which was disappointing to see. She did not make the drinks correctly (not enough ice, not enough coffee, and the cold foam was on the bottom of the drink as if it had sunk instantly). She was also unpleasant and unfriendly. The man working the till, unsure of his name, was a little nicer, but seemed unhappy to be doing his job. The coffees also tasted strange, presumably from being made incorrectly. I would avoid this place if you can; the whole experience is a letdown for the Starbucks company.

The staff here are so so rude - everyone that I know who has been has said the same thing. No hello when you come in and no smile. They all have faces like a slapped a***.
The blonde woman, not sure of her name but she's not English - she was so rude from the minute I walked in, no 'can I take your order' she just looked at me as if to say what do I want.
I was sat waiting for my drink to be made whilst she was talking to her colleague who had just come in. She then walked out and didn't even bother to let me know my drink was there or call it out how they usually do. I had to go up and ask and it was just left on the side. If I could give the service a fat 0 I would. New staff are needed.
