Worst place to shop. No.one to actully help and got the size football boots for my son that he wanted. Tried them on all fine got to the till with the boots and sorry we can't sell these to you! Why? They are not.
out till June. So while we asked for the 2nd one in a 12 to try both on nothing! What a joke they were on display and had a ticket next to get. To say the least son was u happy and not sympathetic at all! Rude staff shod be shut down and made into a pound land get better customer service in there!

No sign was visible for their antiquated refund policy, management advised I contact CS, they are only for online purchases. What a wind up! Awful customer experience from start to end, will never ever shop there again, would rather pay quadruple!

I had a great experience at Sports Direct thanks to Weda. She was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting me in picking out tracksuits for my kids. Her friendly attitude and excellent service made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Weda, for your support and for going above and beyond!

2 people in a big warehouse with barely any good stuff in. That?s what this is, one poor guy sitting in the entrance, no one available to show you any items, and the items are barely any good. And best of all, no one in any Sports direct store ever picks up the phone number so u don?t waste your time getting there.

I'd never shop there again. Was in before xmas spent 140 plus on adidas. I'm a disabled person & was with a lad of 18. We were followed all around the shop with contempt & the check out guy just threw the clothes at us. The man who looked like the manager just walked off when i tried to ask a question. The who experience was oppressive as if they need to pretend a disabled man would be a shoplifter to make up for the way they are cowards with the hard shop lifting that goes on. Horrible racist like misguided nonsense but a rotten team of workers. Its not worth going in this hole just so their semi demented attitudes can play out their negative misconceptions.

Such a poor selection for such a huge store. You can clearly see they stock things which I would find in a cheap market, in other words, lots or crap, which takes up valuable space where they could stock items that the majority of their customers actually want. They also have so much of desirable sports clothing out of stock, so it's a real disappointment going there. I'm not ordering online and paying their extortionate, disproportionate £4.99 delivery charge, even if I have the goods delivered to my local Sport Direct store, which should be free. But look at their CEO and you see why they're such an unattractive, non customer focused chain.

My daughter got the worst experience in this shop today. She went to buy shorts with her friend, but a security lady asked them to leave the shop and said it in a very bad tone. The girls were shocked and scared. They don't want to come back anymore.
I see that the manager does not care about their customers who are the ?engine? for the shop, but maybe they are ok in the position where they are?

Saturday 18:40 Consultant refused even to search for proper size, saying that they are closing. After I pointed that there is still 20 mins left, he rejected saying that tilt will be closed anyway. A bit disappointed

First time visiting a sports direct and was assisted by Charlotte. I was in the market for some football boots and shin pads for my kids. Great guidance and detailed explanation about the products. Did not feel rushed and felt Charlotte went over and beyond to help. Personally I had a fantastic service and will be happy to recommend and return for future football related products. Charlotte is an amazing team member and deserves a promotion to a senior level in my opinion.

Went down with my son on a Saturday around 12pm to buy him some football boots. As soon as we went in we could see they have a wide ranging options for football boots. We were looking around and my son found the boots that he liked but there wasn?t his foot size on the shelf. We could see a young english fella around 17-18 but he was quite busy. He still managed to serve us and 3 more other people at the same time. Before we decided to check if the have it in the back we decided to ask some questions about the boots and you could tell he know every detail about it. He also went and checked at the back for my son?s size and he found it. He was a very helpful and polite young fella.

Went with my dad who has poor mobility and normally can?t tolerate standing in shops for long periods of time. Charlotte, from the Isleworth Sports Direct went above and beyond for him and dealt with him in such a kind, helpful manner and brought a selection of sizes to him swiftly and all the while with a smile on her face. We found the right shoe and were on our way. Excellent service from Charlotte, I hope she gets recognised by management for her dedication and customer service skills. Thank you from me and dad!
