Had amazing service from the whole team, especially Dilam who was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help me pick out frames for my first ever glasses, and Chris who also helped me to decide between styles. The whole team were friendly, patient and made me feel very comfortable.

I'm a wheelchair user and usually get the home team to come to me but I decided that as I was at the Twickenham Farmers Market I could wheel to the store. From the outset all the staff were courteous and never spoke down to me (as is so often the case when they see someone in a wheelchair), when I went back to collect my glasses a member of staff Adnan actually held the door open despite me having a Support Worker with me. I'm very pleased with my glasses and couldn't have asked for anything more

I have been going here for years now, and every member of staff is welcoming, and prepared to give you their time and advice. I recently went following a facial injury for checks and I got an appointment the next day. The explanation of the scan was excellent and everyone was very compassionate,. The ability to scan my retinas etc saved me a trip to yet another hospital, and at a very reasonable price.

Another successful visit to Specsavers in Twickenham. As always, the staff were helpful and obliging. Despite being short of one optician, they managed to see all of us with minimal delays. The staff made sure that everyone was well informed of the delays and reassured us that we would all be seen, rather than cancelling anyone. If only all services operated so well.
