Click and collect is meant to quick and efficient. Had the displeasure of having to visit 4 times in one day. Every time the store was empty, yet still had to wait 10 mins to pick my order despite checking in and ordering in advance. Staff too busy to loud playing music laughing and joking than picking the orders. Getting annoying checking in only to have to give order number to staff after waiting already. Worst store I?ve been to!

A screwfix with barely any parking! Who walks around and pops into screwfix! A shame becuase it makes it difficult to pop in!

Good shop which has been a life saver a couple of times. Click and collect is always efficient and was also able to order a couple of things over the counter which was not in stock. Helpful staff and overall a good experience.
