I am very pleased with Naomi and the very professional service I have received over many years.I would highly recommend Frith's 5 starsMy glass lenses were changed last month and I was given a new glass case.It came unglued with in days. I took it back today and it was replaced and the new one has already come ungluedReally bad quality and a waste of materials.

Everyone at Robert Frith has been amazing for both my daughters, one needing glasses from very young. Have always been treated amazingly. Great selection of glasses, and able to help even in lockdown when my daughters glasses broke, even getting involved with a raffle for my daughter who has Arthritis, and donating an amazing top prize. Thankyou all, wouldnt go anywhere else.

I have been using this opticians for several years and have had nothing but excellent service. I have been lucky enough to have had the same optometrist which helps for continuity of care. I wear hard gas permeable lenses. It is important to me to have my eyes checked yearly for the health of my eyes and to get the very best prescription for my lenses. This needs a thorough test which takes time. My lenses are now set up to enable me to see distance and near. How clever is that! Once made the mistake of using a chain optician and completely wasted my money as I was unable to wear them. Quality costs! Thoroughly recommend.

I just wanted to write a review for Friths opticians in Twickenham.I have been with them for 30 years and they have always looked after my eyesight and my eye health which is important because I use contact lenses. Last year I became very ill and have lost the use of my left arm which of course means it is impossible for me to put contact lenses in at the moment. Ridhi has been absolutely wonderful helping me find a solution to this problem, so now she puts my lenses in for me, I have gone on to monthly lenses and in a months time she will take these out and change them over, all the time taking care to check the health of my eyes. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and patience in finding this solution, it now means I can go on holiday knowing I can swim and wear sunglasses because I?m able to wear my contact lenses again.

Recommended this opticians. However I have heard of profit but charging £50.00 for a contact lens test is disgusting when most others charge £30.00 at the most, their is profit and their is taking the Mickey.
