I have been buying coffee from Puccinos for a long time now and have always enjoyed the service from the regular baristas who work well together and are friendly, efficient and are great with customers, me included. That is until today when the kiosk was managed by 2 other young women, 1 of whom was lovely and the other 'Nat' was beyond obnoxious, aggressive, patronising and extremely rude and discourteous and this abuse unleashed onto me because I asked for another napkin! If this is the downfall of this business then a new management strategy should be put into play and then I'd suggest learning more about customer relationships. Although I have met the Manager a few times and he was very professional. The polar opposite of 'Nat's' vile behaviour. Never again!

This is actually for Puccinos Twickenham but it has no reviews and I guess they are all the same. Chose a banana and strawberry smoothie from the menu. At £4 not cheap, but the fresh fruit on the counter and idea of a healthy drink was enticing. Was therefore shocked that what I got was a blend of water and concentrate. Nothing remotely fresh at all. I checked with the server and that?s just what they do. Was disappointed and felt duped.

Ordered a latte and got a cup of froth.The lady said very defensively this is the way we do it here - ok so I won?t be back and they provided a refund.If you are selling your own style of latte then label it.If you are selling a latte the same way as all the other coffee shops then serve it in the same way. Please hold the attitude, very unnecessary and not a pleasant experience at all.Lastly - I have had a latte at their twickenham branch and it was perfect and the service came with a smile. Just how it should be done!

Staff are always nice. Just a heads up, there?s a short flat white \\u0026 flat white to choose from. I ordered a flat white \\u0026 it was quiet large. So if you want a regular flat white-order the short one

Absolutely wonderful experience.I was having difficulties in choosing my drink as I suffer from some social anxiety and my server Daniela made sure I was calm and spent alot of time explaining the different options I had.I cns honestly say that I would go to the ends of the earth to offer back even 10% of the care she gave me. 10/10
