Not bad for price but room dirty and a lot of fuss with the breakfast would not stay

Overall, my one-night stay at Premier Inn London Twickenham Stadium Hotel was pleasant. The comfortable bed and clean, warm room provided a good night?s sleep. The paid breakfast at the nearby pub from 8-10 am was average, but the standout was the excellent service from the polite, professional, and helpful young lady at the night shift reception.

Firstly can I say staff great and very helpful and could not fault them ready to help with anything. The stay in the hotel room was horrific I know bit over the top but no it wasn't. Paid £300 for a 2 night stay in a hotel room that was too hot to be in!!! It was awful, managed to open the window slightly but no air and yes given a fan which we had to have on 24/7. Basically moved hot air around. Weather outside was warm but the room was hotter and couldn't use the thermostat to cool the room at all. Bathroom was even warmer... Hotel is tired and does need refurbishing especially charging those prices per night.Again staff great when I asked if there was anything they could do they tried offering another fan or cold water.Premier inn will not be my first choice when booking a hotel again. Nothing like the ad the TV for sure.

Convenient location....comfy bed....typical Premier Inn....perhaps a little dated.

Staff nice, but the rooms are dated, smell of mold/stale and beds not the best - No air con - Poor value for money and Travelodge better value. Disappointed as Premier Inn are generally very good and clean.

We arrived at 9pm-ish after a long journey with two young children. Checked in & were given a family room, no. 10 (ground floor, facing out onto car-park/pub). It?s a terrible room, complain straight away if they try to put you in there, it?s a health hazard-it?s really humid & stinks of mould spores/damp. The bathroom smells of urine, it looks like it?s soaked into the floor/walls near the loo. The fact that a reputable hotel chain would put anyone in that room with the damp problems (which are known & long-standing as far as I can tell), far less young children, is unbelievable but is happening. I felt unwell & wheezy when I woke up the next morning & we asked to change room. At first it wasn?t going to be possible but then we were given a family room upstairs, looking over the back of the hotel, which was an excellent room. This is why the reviews are so polarised. There are good rooms & terrible rooms in this hotel & you won?t know what you?re getting until you get there. The reception staff are good, kind & embarrassed management were still allowing the rooms to be used, customer service people online are snooty & unhelpful.I?d suggest avoiding unless you are sure you won?t get one of the spore filled rooms, or that sort of thing doesn?t bother you. They charged over £100 per night for the room. We asked for a refund on that first night only (happy to pay for the room that was fit for habitation) but they are refusing to give it to us. Really disappointing.Rooms: Some are terrible, unfit for habitation, some are of the standard you?d expect from Premier Inn.Safety: If you have any health issues aggravated by mould spores or damp, do not use this hotel unless you are guaranteed one of the non-damp rooms. Same with regards to bringing children here.Noteworthy details: Some rooms in this hotel suffer badly from problems of damp.

Restuarant does not do take aways or room service. Room is run down, paint chipping of ceilings.

Miserable staff, room not great, soap provided in bathroom was 90% water! Joke of a place.

Came down for a family party and the hotel we stayed at was more than adequate for our needs, friendly staff greeted us at arrival and departure, location was ideally positioned as well for local transport.

Friendly staff. Noisy location, especially on a warm night as the hotel has no air conditioning and so window needed to be open. Bathroom especially worn and in need of repair. Not usual Premier Inn standard.

We have stayed at this hotel before and we knew that there was no A/C in the rooms and the rooms can be a bit warm. I did state in a previous review that I?d doubt I stay here again but this was the only place with rooms at the time of booking The staff are helpful and provide fans for the rooms but this stay has been the worst ever and I will not be staying at this particular Premier Inn again. I know they can?t control the weather but the rooms at this particular hotel are hot even when the weather is cooler/colder. We booked in on Thursday, there is a fan in the room and we also brought a fan with us we have kept the windows open at night but the room is like sauna. For the past two nights neither of us has slept well for the entire night. This morning it was actually cooler outside than it was in our room. It?s now 14:00 and we?ve been out of the beds since 09:00 and the mattress and pillows are still damp from the amount of sweat we have perspired during the night. We are actually debating whether we should book into a travelodge for our last night instead of staying here as I need to get a decent night sleep before our travel back to Northern Ireland on Sunday.

It was very quiet , quick efficient check in and we were very grateful and pleased that our rooms were ready as we were going to a nearby wedding and wanted to change after our journey !!Rooms very good. And adequately equipped . Only one negative the bed in my room was rather lumpy and uncomfortable but after a late night it really didn?t matter! I always appreciate the spare two pillows .Easy to park , and restaurant right next door. It?s in a good location and only a 10 min taxi to eel pie island where the family wedding was. So perfect !!Food & drinks: Pub next door. Nice breakfast although very short staffed and the lovely waitress was trying to do everything on her own !

The bathroom needs a proper clean! The tiles were filthy and mouldy! The window seal was also mouldy and it hasn?t been cleaned for ages! There were people walking down the corridor until late and it was very noisy. We could hear talking in the corridor.
