Booked in for 3 days and had read some of the previous slightly negative reviews somwasnt sure what to expect...
All I can say is that the staff were great, the room was very pleasant as expected with Premier and the meal service was superb next door at the Beefeater...

Highly disappointed. Not accessible for disabled. Front Desk staff said different stories every time about the disabled room. Room was small.
Safety: ?Oh yeah, we have a disabled room here? Said disabled room was occupied after calling them and confirming that ?yes, It is free.?
Walkability: Made my disabled uncle WALK up the stairs.

Room and bathroom looked a bit tired and no WiFi. Good location for Kew Gardens and Hampton Court. Free parking at hotel. Evening meals were excellent with great service but breakfast was poor and on second morning no breakfast at all! (Zero staff).

First time at this particular PI and the difference between here and the one up the road (London Twickenham Stadium) are poles apart. There is parking but we turned up around 21:00 and I was lucky to find a spot; the car park does serve the Beefeater next door. The front door is automatic which is handy when you have a lot of bags but the inner doors are manual. We were greeted by a friendly, very helpful and enthusiastic member of staff. Our room was on the first floor (no lift) at the front of the building and although there was a busy main road and a bus stop outside it wasn?t that noisy. The room and bathroom seem bigger and as usual the bed is very comfortable. The wardrobe/ shelving unit is lovely and big, easily fits 4 days of our clothes and four big shelves for all your other bits.In this PI the rooms have A/C and having bus stops outside is an added bonus.Only negative is that the toilets don?t flush very well.

Friendly check in, clean room, situated on a very busy crossroad.Breakfast in the pub attached, it was OK, yoghurts left under a blazing heater isn't great for food safety, especially when they're not even on ice or in a chiller unit.Broken glass and litter outside the entrance to the restaurant could have been cleaned up pre breakfast service.

Left 2 days early. Room smelt of damp. Very run down. TV pointed upwards. Bathroom run down and dirty. Wouldn?t recommend anyone stay here.Rooms: Damp smell. Worn down. Toilet doesn?t flush properly.Food & drinks: Terrible. Food covered in oil. Tables sticky. Menu dirty. Had a burger 1 night and mixed grill. 0/10 on both.

Very helpful and friendly staff.BUT, if you value sanitation that works, this hotel is probably not for you... we had two rooms between our party and both toilets failed flush well from arrival and I ended up spending an hour clearing a blocked toilet at midnight - on departure, we heard others complaining about similar issues. The rooms, etc, were otherwise OK, though generally getting a little tired with one of the beds being uncomfortable (not something I experience with Premier Inn normally). We spent the next night in a different Premier Inn on our way home and this highlighted the diminished standard of this hotel.Good road links and easy to find. One of the smaller Premier Inns.Food & drinks: Breakfast is in the adjacent BeefeaterNoteworthy details: Sort out the toilets in this hotel, please, Premier Inn.

The rooms are alright, it was clean and basic premier inn facilities. Staff were friendly. The Beefeater next door was a bit tatty but staff and Friday night meal/service was good. Negative was the beer garden of the pub. My room over looks the garden. Even though pub said it was closing at 10pm it was vey noisy in the beer garden at gone 10.30pm. With windows shut and tv on could hear shouting and dogs barking. Weather wasn?t great, so can imagine beer gardens much more lively when better weather.

The Hotel is on the corner of a busy junction with a bus stop outside. Traffic noise starts from 5.30a.m. and the rooms are not sound proof. The Beefeater next door looks very tatty on the outside and not inviting.
