Pizza Express remains one of my favourite go to casual dining experiences. The location between the gardens and the station makes it easy to reach and a good choice after a walk around Kew.
The vegan menu is separate and changes often so it?s worth asking for. There was no aubergine when we visited, but there were still enough options. I shared the dough balls with omnivores which isn?t always possible, so I appreciate the dietary accommodation!
Service was friendly. The staff adjusted the menu to suit preferences and made sure everything was right. Both our server and the maître d? checked in, which was appreciated. Our leftovers were boxed up without trouble.

Had a lovely lunch today at American Express Pizza in Kew. The food was great, but what really made the experience special was Amir, who served us. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and even took the time to let us know about the rewards available on the app. Such a nice person with great customer service ? made our visit feel extra special. Highly recommend both the place and the service!

Just loved the food and at Kew gardens pizza express. Aleksi was great with service and he suggested peach sparkle which I tried and was really lovely. I highly recommend this place

Had lunch with my mother before we went to look at some lovely flowers and cacti at Kew Gardens. Beto was amazing with us and couldn?t have been more helpful with our dietary requirements.

Great spot. Excellent service and attention to detail. Had the Sloppy Giuseppe... delish!!! Make sure to try the dips. And their desserts were fantastic. A great atmosphere and wait times were minimal.

We absolutely love this place! It?s our local favourite, and since my daughter is totally addicted to pizza, we end up coming here a few times a week. Veto usually takes care of us and always tries to give us our favourite table. He?s super friendly and you can chat with him in both English and Spanish. Highly recommended!

Servers are amazing. Thank you. I just called about my deliveroo order to ask for no parsley on top, and he was just a kind person and said no problem. Such a small demand and such a nice person.

Chef Jose and Alex were amazing. They made us a special pizza not usually on the menu and served us with a smile. Really appreciate it!
Also the seating and atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommended!
