Dr Cross, who's based in Twickenham perfect smile is a fantastic dentist. I have quite complex Perio issues and she has been exceptional, detail orientated pin point precise and done a great job with both fillings and crown repair. Can't recommend her highly enough. Her work was also praised by the Perio specialist I see in addition to her.

This was the weat hampstead branch. This was the swiftest and most painful hygiene I've ever had. Nil point and I'm not going back. I have stage IV cancer and you'd think there would be some empathy and care toward me. Zero. Avoid.

Been with this practice many years. Reception team are lovely and welcoming. I get very anxious and I?m always treated very well. Seen many dentist over the years, every dentist has been great. Wouldn?t trust any other practice. Recommend to anyone who asks. Caring and understanding

Please AVOID this dentist named Nysmsuren Otgontsokhio I had a terrible experience with her My dentist was retired and the manager named Michelle referred me to her as an experienced dentist I had a little bit aching on my tooth went there she X-rayed and said she is going to remove my previous filling and replace it with new filler second visit she did it in the night I couldn?t eat because my tooth was aching so called them up they asked me to come back I did the next day she fixed it again my tooth got chipped for the second time then I asked the manager to send me to another dentist but the manager denied my request and said I have to see the same dentist or I will be charged so for the third time I went to see the same dentist and then she said my tooth needs to be anaesthetised for the same tooth again and now that I have gone to a private dentist for the same tooth the dentist told me that the course of treatment she chose for me was totally wrong she should have gone for a crown or on-lay and so far I have been to the dentist 8 times for one tooth .

Friendly and very helpful. Had my first appointment today and I really like the practice. The reception team are open and friendly and put you at ease and the dentist I dealt with today was very informative and super helpful in determining next steps. I am looking forward to improving my smile with this team

I have a few teeth that have receding gums and are very sensitive when being cleaned by a hygenist. My last visit was particular painful, which made me very anxious for my next visit. On arrival, I told the hygenist (Naz) and nurse (Lisa) how worried I was, and they were both very understanding and sensitive to my concerns. I listened to music, and they gave me a ball to squeeze. The discomfort was soooo much less than my precious visit. I?m incredibly grateful!

I?ve been with the practice for nearly 20 years. Early years I couldn?t fault the practice. Hannah has always been helpful. Sadly some great dentists have left the practice and over the years I have definitely had my ups and downs both with admin and a few of the dentists. The treatment (both dentally and service) wasn?t always 100%.As of late however I have had positive experiences!Dr Gautam is so warm and genuinely cares about helping her patients, she and her lovely assistant Karina have been amazing and made me feel so comfortable and at ease, also made my treatment options very clear. Dr cross is also very thorough and helpful.I still have ongoing issues and treatment but things are now looking good moving forward thanks to certain staff! :)

I Saw Dr Richa Awasthi for a dental treatment (filling), she?s the best dentist I?ve ever seen. She?s very gentle, softly spoken and she ensures you are in control of the treatment.I would highly recommended Dr Richa. She?s sincerely a lovely Doctor! ??
