Today, the gentleman I asked for bread from in your bakery section - tall amd glasess, made me laugh a lot. He communicated so sweetly and made jokes ? honestly, he brightened my day. Thank you very much!

Good little M&S with a great selection of items. You can almost always find what you need which makes it a great local convenience shop.
They've now put in a lot of self-service machines, which means you rarely have to queue anymore when paying.
Because of the volume of fresh/fridge options they stock, this is a great M&S to pop into in the evening for yellow sticker hunting.

This M&S Simply Food use to be my regular, but no more, the food selection and variety is so poor. It is no longer the special M&S Simply Food we need and want in Twickenham. They recently restocked two large fridge sections with hundreds of bottles of chilled wine and beer. One entirely isle is now just chocolates and candy. Staff say there is no space for 'simply food' anymore. It's becoming a basic corner shop, which Twickenham has plenty of. The accountants on high clearly do not understand that booze and sweets are not what make M&S Simply Food special.

I?d like to leave a personal review for a member of staff called Glenn. She is an extremely polite and helpful member of staff. In fact all the staff in M&S Twickenham are wonderful.!

Staff extremely arrogant and unhelpful. It's been the same team over many years and they seemed to be cushioned there. NAbil who represents himself as a manager when I tried to complain, finding out that is not him but Samira. When I asked to talk to her, the staff member told me that she is gone apperently.

I?m a regular customer there and I initially gave 4 stars based on their products, but the old woman staff (she usually wears a mask) is very rude. Presumably, she is going through a self confidence problem. I found out she mumbles a lot, when customers don?t put their baskets back where they were. ( I tried to eavesdrop on what she said, insults + complaining about people who don?t put them back.)

I visited there today and she was there around the self checkouts, so I deliberately didn?t return my basket and she mumbled ? . I like it when she mumbles. I?m actually enjoying it.
?DO YOUR JOB?, returning baskets is one of your jobs, that?s what you get paid for.
Some people return their baskets after shopping for groceries, that doesn?t mean people who don?t do it are rude. I have a good radar, she definitely is the type of person who constantly makes dramas at work, trust me.

It?s a small store, but it has pretty much everything you need for groceries.cons: It?s very small so be careful not to bump into others.

I would like to report how rude the staff in this marks and Spencer are. The staff on the tills seem to really not want to be there and are very unhelpful. Different to Kew retail retail park. They seem to go that little bit extra. I will not go into Twickenham any more.

the lady at the desk in front of the shop by the tills wearing a black mask all the time (lady it's been 3 years) is so rude and incopetent to work for this premium marks and spencers.every time i come in she starts acting aggressive once i pointed out the the bakery is not fresh and one of the crossants was on the floor she started arguing (instead of just saying sorry or fixing the problem)if youre not happy where you work just change other people will gladly replace you.

There's a lady who works in there oldish black woman always wears tinted glasses and a head wrap she is severely impolite and threatened me with the police because I pulled her up she is has a few screws loose and should be removed from the branch

Without a doubt one of the worst M&S stores around . Ridiculously cramped and cluttered unhelpful staff and all self serve tills .
