Wonderful service giving by the team at kfc twickenham and I will be thankful to one of the team member her name was Rownok. She helped me to choose the better meal and give a polite and friendly service to the customer.

Ordered using Uber Eats. Chicken was piping hot. Must have been a freshly cooked batch. Chips were the usual soggy and limp (as they steam in the bag). Will order again.

Ordered food through Just Eat. Usually no problem at all but this occasion the wrong food was delivered. Tried calling the branch (Twickenham) over and over again but nobody would answer the phone.
Had to request a refund via Just Eat then re-order through Just Eat. Meanwhile all the other pieces of food are going cold. Shocking service! Somebody in the Twickenham shop needs to pick up the phone then the problem could have been resolved within minutes.

Food was not great Firstly burnt dry chicken I had to wait 15 minutes whist the person in charge heated up the beans how do beans take 15 minutes to heat up after being told I would have to wait 5 minutes then I get home to find the coleslaw I paid for was missing so kfc twickenham have basically stolen from me so I urge anyone still willing to use then to double check your order before you leave as staff maybe stealing from you

I ordered a 3 piece meal, got 2 drumsticks and a thigh. I think that's wrong. You should get at least one breast piece . I love KFC and I've used lots of different branches and this seems to happen everywhere I go. As a result, they're getting less and less of my custom.

The chicken pieces and chip size, have consistently been getting smaller and smaller. And their prices are going up and up. They don't even give you regular Pepsi, only Pepsi Max.I will definitely not be going to this branch again.
