Given all of the great reviews of late, I expected to be treated to some quality sushi at humble prices, but this was just really sad sushi at a decent price point. The salmon roe tasted completely off, the scallop did not look fresh, nor did it taste right - it was like they'd soaked it in a lemon water bath to disguise its three times frozen over taste, and worst of all, the sushi rice was MUSHY!!! The edamame was also simultaneously overcooked and dry, which was really impressive. My husband's chicken katsu curry with rice was tasteless - it managed to have less flavor than an instant curry box. The waitstaff was efficient to the point of absolute silence. I'm sorry to say it, but if you know what fresh sushi tastes like, avoid this place.

My friends and I were looking for a place to have some quick dinner, and what a great find this was! The restaurant was clean and comfortable, the staff was warm to us and answered any questions we had, and they separated our bill without us even having to ask. The food had so much taste to it, particularly the sushi rice bowl, and the wasabi which had a really strong kick to it.
If I had any constructive criticism, I would say if they had played some music that would?ve helped fill the quietness while we were looking through the menu.
Overall, if I?m ever down in the area again I?ll be sure to come back to Ke Sushi!
Dietary restrictions: They were happy to prepare a dish for my friend who can only eat gluten-free.

Oh my goodness! The Japanese food here is AMAZING! One of the best things about it, was that all of the other diners on the day we went, were Japanese. Says it all. Everything was fresh, delicious and well presented. The waitress was lovely. Maybe some music and lower lighting might make the atmosphere better.

What an amazing find for some of the best Sushi in the TW postcode. Could not believe the quality of the food and the price of the bill at the end was almost half the price of some of the most famous and instagram shown sushi restaurants around this area.Having super fresh fish, cuts & types of fish not available in other restaurants and amazing staff with knowledge from back at their home make this a worthwhile visit to this hugely under the radar restaurant! It's a must go for any sushi lover!

The best sushi I?ve had in a long time! Would recommend to anyone. The sushi was so fresh and we couldn?t believe how well priced it was and the staff were so lovely. Will be back again very soon!

An excellent head chef who was surely trained in Japan. And such good value for lunch. Negative reviews should be ignored. My wife is Japanese and she agrees with me.

Came here with my family and it looked empty at dinner time . The sashimi were dry looking and the scallop had a very weird texture . Sushi didn?t rolled properly .Deep fry items were good . But overall not great food. Service was good . Shame

I?ve had dinner here three times this week? (stuck in the Travelodge up the road)? Great food, great service. The drinks cooler cabinet rattles a little, but I didn?t notice it when there were some other diners around me. Anyway, Ke Sushi personnel are very friendly and efficient, and I encourage you all to come and enjoy, asap. ???
