Everytime i go in whitton greggs sausage rolls or pasties are cold....if i wanted cold food i go tesco and get a sandwich....needs sortingor wont be back

The staff is friendly and the food is fresh as always. Sometimes the atmosphere is not very clean due to the peak times. Waiting time is so least and I never miss going there daily.Vegetarian options: Vegan sausage roll, vegetable bake

If you gonna sell Easter cup cakes , at least have the right packaging for it .
Instead of sending them on paper bags, I wanted to surprise my 3 years old , with a bunny Easter cupcake.
Unfortunately I’ve received this instead .
Shame on management.

Service is at snails pace in here. Two staff should be attending to customers during peak time before 9am with people rushing to work, school, the station e.t.c. Rather you have one person slowly attending to someone while someone else is faffing around in the background and a queue at the door. The Mocha I ordered this morning was not Mocha. The machine stopped halfway through the drink being made and then the member of staff re-started it and then stopped so the drink composition was not correct. It tasted so awful I had to throw it away.

I would never usually feel the need to write a review for a fast food branch but my interaction with Alison was really pleasant! She reminded me about the Greggs app and was happy to wait for me to re-download it and login to make sure I got the scan for my purchase and check for freebies.I sat in and had my food and drink to find she was not only that pleasant to me, it was with EVERY. SINGLE. CUSTOMER. and it was not the same spiel to all of them, each conversation was tailored to that person and what would benefit themFrom being sat there listening, I even learnt that Greggs do a Pizza box of 6 pizza slices!Alison is a credit to the Greggs retail estate and I hope she is recognised for that. #BeMoreAlison

I was served today by a member of staff called Lindsay. He was polite, courteous and helpful. The shop in Whitton looked clean and hygienic. I will definitely be visiting again.Parking: My work is itinerant. For me, parking can be a challenge. On this occasion, I used my client's parking space.
